Products, prices and taxes

Read the characteristics, ingredients and instructions for each product. Care information does not replace medical advice. Prices are in euros and include 24% VAT. Before purchase, you see the merchandise value, delivery charges, included tax and final amount, with no hidden charges.

Availability may vary as we place regular orders with our suppliers. Products that are not immediately available may take longer to dispatch. We will contact you about any significant delay to your order.

Adding an item to the basket does not reserve stock. Prices and availability are checked again at submission; any change requires a fresh review before purchase.

Ordering and formation of the contract

Review your products and quantities and enter delivery and receipt or invoice details. No account is required to buy. You can correct the fields or return to the basket before submitting. Accepting the purchase terms and selecting “Continue to IRIS payment” create a pending order with a unique number. Declaring payment in the next step completes its submission.

The pending order receives its number and recorded terms acceptance before the QR code appears. The confirmation email includes an order summary and a copy of the terms. A pending order does not mean payment has been completed. The confirmation email is not a fiscal receipt or invoice.

Payment methods

Payment is available only through IRIS using the official QR code or the professional tax ID shown at the payment step. Check the recipient name in your banking app, pay the exact total and use only the order number as the reference. Check “I have made the payment” and select “Place order” to record your declaration. The order and payment remain pending until we manually confirm receipt. The website does not charge your account or automatically confirm payments. No other payment method is available at checkout. The order total cannot exceed €1,000 for an IRIS payment to a professional; your remaining daily limit at your bank may be lower.

ACS delivery

Shipping costs €5 per order, regardless of order value, weight or number of products. The same rate applies throughout Greece, including islands and remote areas, without surcharges. The charge includes VAT.

The shipping charge applies once per order, regardless of merchandise value or quantity.

Delivery times and unavailable products

For products that are immediately available, estimated delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch. Products that are not immediately available require additional time to obtain from our suppliers. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.

Unless a different deadline has been agreed, delivery must take place without undue delay and within 30 days of concluding the contract. If delivery is late, you may set a reasonable additional deadline. If that deadline is missed, you may end the contract and receive reimbursement without undue delay. No additional deadline is needed if we refuse delivery or if the agreed delivery date was essential to your purchase.

If we cannot obtain a product, we notify you and reimburse amounts paid for it without undue delay. We do not substitute a product without your agreement or restrict your legal rights regarding the rest of the order.

Cancelling an order

To cancel before dispatch, contact info@somaderma.gr promptly with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, we will explain the return process and your legal rights. A cancellation request does not restrict your right of withdrawal or your rights for faulty or incorrect products.

Returns, cancellations and withdrawal

As a consumer, you generally have a right to withdraw within 14 calendar days of receipt, subject to the statutory exceptions. The detailed delivery and return terms, including the optional withdrawal form, form part of the purchase terms. Your mandatory legal rights are unaffected.

Incorrect or faulty products

For an incorrect or faulty product, contact info@somaderma.gr with your purchase details and a description of the problem. Photographs may help but are not a general requirement for exercising your rights. The statutory guarantee of conformity applies, generally for two years for goods, with rights to free repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Necessary remedy costs, including transport, are not charged to the consumer. These rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Complaints and out-of-court resolution

Send your complaint to info@somaderma.gr with your purchase details and a description of the issue so that we can review it and respond. You may also contact the Greek Consumer Ombudsman, subject to its eligibility rules. Your right to bring proceedings before the competent courts is unaffected.
