You can organise your basket and review the amount including delivery at checkout. A purchase is available only when the store allows submission and shows an active payment method.

Yes, in the same browser, provided necessary cookies are allowed and website data has not been deleted. The basket expires within 30 days of the last successful update. You can change quantities, remove products or select “Empty basket”.

Shipping costs €5 per order, regardless of order value, weight or number of products. The same rate applies throughout Greece, including islands and remote areas, without surcharges. The charge includes VAT.

For products that are immediately available, estimated delivery is 2–4 working days after dispatch. Products that are not immediately available require additional time to obtain from our suppliers. If there is a significant delay, we will contact you with an updated delivery estimate.

Availability may vary as we place regular orders with our suppliers. Products that are not immediately available may take longer to dispatch. We will contact you about any significant delay to your order.

Payment is available only through IRIS using the official QR code or the professional tax ID shown at the payment step. Pay the exact total and use only the order number as the reference. The total cannot exceed €1,000; your remaining daily limit may be lower. Check “I have made the payment” and select “Place order” to record your declaration. Payment remains pending until we manually confirm receipt. The website does not charge you.

To submit a withdrawal notice, open your order from the link in your order email. Choose “Withdraw from the contract”, check your details and select “Confirm withdrawal”. Your notice is recorded with a date and time, and written confirmation appears on the page. Confirmation is also sent by email; if delivery is pending, the page tells you. No account is required.

Return the products without undue delay and within 14 calendar days of giving your withdrawal notice to Amerikanikou Erythrou Stavrou 251, 65402 Kavala, Greece. For a change-of-mind return, you pay the direct return cost if you were informed before buying. There is no restocking fee. You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

We reimburse payments within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice, including the cost of standard original delivery. We use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise at no cost to you. Any extra cost of a more expensive original delivery option you chose is excluded. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the products or evidence that you sent them back, whichever comes first, unless we offered to collect them. Inspection does not override this deadline or the rule on evidence of dispatch.

For an incorrect or faulty product, contact info@somaderma.gr with your purchase details and a description of the problem. Photographs may help but are not a general requirement for exercising your rights. The statutory guarantee of conformity applies, generally for two years for goods, with rights to free repair or replacement and, where the legal conditions are met, a price reduction or termination of the contract. Necessary remedy costs, including transport, are not charged to the consumer. These rights are separate from the 14-day right of withdrawal.

Cosmetics are not automatically excluded from the right of withdrawal. An exemption may apply to sealed products unsealed after delivery that are unsuitable for return for hygiene or health-protection reasons. Each case is assessed individually. Your legal rights for faulty products remain unaffected.

To cancel before dispatch, contact info@somaderma.gr promptly with your order number. If the order has already been dispatched, we will explain the return process and your legal rights. A cancellation request does not restrict your right of withdrawal or your rights for faulty or incorrect products.

Guest purchases require no registration. An order is accessed using the secure link sent to its email address. Keep it private because it grants access to that order’s details. There is no public lookup using only an email address and order number.

Google sign-in is optional and displays orders placed while you were signed in. Buying without an account remains available through the same checkout process. For guest orders, use the secure link in your email.
